Anne leads MDO and is known for building strong relationships with her teams, customers, and suppliers. She has expertise in global Operations and Strategy, from fast-moving consumer goods companies to an independently owned distributor of cheese-making equipment. Anne earned her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She lives in New Haven, Connecticut and enjoys the arts as a classically trained violinist.

Greg has over 28 years of experience in operations management in production, most recently as a 3rd generation member of his family business based in Oxford, Connecticut. His family decided to sell the business recently and we are lucky to have his level of experience in leading key operational functions. Greg has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont and is adept at maintaining long-standing relationships with key accounts.

Pamela joined MDO in 2023 bringing over 20 years of accounting and office managerial experience to the team. A trusted member of our office staff, she holds a B.S. in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University. Pamela lives in Oxford, Connecticut and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also an active member of her church community.

Susan has over 30 years’ experience in the Building Products Industry. Centrally located in Hudson Valley, New York, Susan is perfectly situated to manage our Metro-New York, Hudson Valley, New Jersey and Pennsylvania distribution areas. Her career highlights include Sales Management roles at big box and privately owned lumber yards, Designer for over 15 major cabinet manufacturers, and Director of Sales for Moulding and Cabinet Distribution of a major molding distributor. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering to chaperone student musicians playing for our veterans on the Hudson Valley Honor Flight and spending time outdoors.

Jason has over 20 years’ experience in the Building Materials Industry, with a well-rounded background that allows him to skillfully manage our Northeast territory from his Northwest Massachusetts office. He has managed millwork and service departments at big box retailers and a national window and door manufacturer. Most recently he held warehouse management and inside sales roles at independently owned lumber yards. Jason enjoys spending time engaged with his family and volunteering in a variety of leadership roles throughout the community.
